You will be responsible for bringing new clients, visiting project sites, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets with other building material & trading companies, contractors, consultants, developers, project owners and retail customers to promote our extensive range of building materials.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Contact potential clients via direct meet, cold calls, emails, networking and meetings to present company services.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to identify project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Market and sell our full range of building materials, including cement, construction chemicals, waterproofing products, paints and coating, steel, blocks, plywood, timber, gypsum boards, tiles, plumbing materials, electrical items, sanitary ware,insulation materials, air conditioning accessories & spare parts, hardware, safety tools and other construction supplies.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain long-term ties with contractors, consultants, developers, traders, and retail clients.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiate commercial terms, close sales while maximizing profit margins and conversion rates.</p></li><li><p>Strictly follow up on pending invoices and outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts department.</p></li><li><p>Track competitor pricing, monitor market trends and stay updated on new products and building material specifications.</p></li><li><p>Submit structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales and forecast reports to senior management.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, product availability and delivery.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong><u>Remuneration & Benefits</u></strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Basic Salary:</strong> AED 2,000-4,500 per month.</p></li><li><p><strong>Commission:</strong> Sales commission structure applicable upon target completion.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p><strong>Visa:</strong> Employment visa provided by the company.</p></li><li><p><strong>Insurance:</strong> Health insurance package provided by the company.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications & Experience</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2–4 years experience in building materials or construction material sales. (Candidates with Abu Dhabi market experience will be preferred).&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and project sales.</p></li><li><p>Existing network of contractors, consultants, developers, and trading customers will be preferred.</p></li><li><p>Must possess a valid UAE driving license. <p>The Mechanical Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading all mechanical engineering activities during the construction, installation, commissioning, and operational phases of the BOPP manufacturing plant. The role involves coordinating with consultants, OEMs, contractors, and internal departments to ensure the successful execution of the project and efficient operation of the plant while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ol><li><p>Lead and manage all mechanical engineering activities during plant construction, machine installation, commissioning, and operations.</p></li><li><p>Review and interpret mechanical drawings, BOQs, P&IDs, technical specifications, equipment layouts, and vendor documentation to ensure proper execution.</p></li><li><p>Supervise the installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning of process machinery, utility systems, and auxiliary mechanical equipment.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with consultants, OEMs, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and resolution of technical issues.</p></li><li><p>Review technical submissions, evaluate vendors, support procurement activities, and ensure compliance with project specifications.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and plant availability.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment performance.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with HSE standards, engineering codes, quality requirements, statutory regulations, and company policies.</p></li><li><p>Manage project schedules, mechanical budgets, contractors, manpower, maintenance planning, and spare parts inventory.</p></li><li><p>Prepare engineering reports, maintenance documentation, SOPs, as-built records, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.</p></li></ol><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Professional certifications related to Project Management, Maintenance Management, or Reliability Engineering will be an added advantage.</p></li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or process industries.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in plant construction, machine installation, commissioning, and maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Experience in BOPP, BOPET, Flexible Packaging, Plastics, Petrochemical, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.</p></li></ul><p>Required Skills</p><ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and industrial manufacturing processes.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, P&IDs, and technical specifications.</p></li><li><p>Experience in project execution, contractor management, vendor coordination, and procurement support.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of industrial machinery, utility systems, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and CMMS software will be an added advantage.</p></li></ul><p>Working Conditions</p><ul><li><p>Full-time on-site role based at the LT FILMS INDUSTRIES LLC manufacturing facility.</p></li><li><p>The role requires regular site inspections, coordination with contractors, consultants, OEM engineers, and active involvement during construction, commissioning, and plant operations.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Good ommunication skills and able to lead team </p>
