Job Summary<br>The incumbent exists to transform the company's Food Service channel from a transactional food distribution business into a strategic protein-solutions partnership with the region's leading hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and QSR groups. The role is accountable for driving the commercial transformation of the channel by developing value-added meat solutions, premium imported brands, portioning capabilities, and chef-focused offerings, positioning the company as the preferred food-service partner rather than a transactional supplier. The mission of the incumbent is to build, lead, and scale a best-in-class food service commercial organization that delivers exponential, profitable growth over the next 3–5 years by combining category expertise, chef-level product knowledge, and disciplined key account management — positioning the company as the trusted protein and food-service partner of choice, not the cheapest box mover.
