The Field Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment. Arrange and lay fabric correctly according to the required markers and designs. Cut fabrics accurately using appropriate cutting tools and machines. Ensure cutting accuracy and consistency across all garments. Minimize fabric wastage and maximize material utilization. Check fabric quality and identify defects before cutting. Coordinate with the pattern maker and production team to resolve cutting issues. Maintain cutting equipment and ensure a safe and organized work area. Follow production schedules and meet required deadlines. Ensure all cut pieces are properly labeled, sorted, and prepared for sewing.<br>:Requirements Previous experience as a Cutter Master in a garment or uniform manufacturing company. Good knowledge of fabrics, patterns, measurements, and garment construction. Ability to work accurately under production deadlines. Strong attention to detail and quality. Experience with manual and/or industrial fabric cutting machines is preferred.
