Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

We are hiring a Leak Sealing Clamp & Enclosure Design Engineer to own this line end-to-end from design and local manufacturing through testing, qualification and field application. The successful candidate will design bolt-on leak repair clamps and enclosures (boxes) for pipelines, valves, flanges and fittings in live oil, gas and utility installations, working to ASME VIII (pressure boundary/enclosure design) and ASME PCC-2 (repair of pressure equipment and piping), and will set up and run the manufacturing, testing and application procedures locally in the UAE. ملخص الوظيفة: نحن نبحث عن مهندس واجهات أمامية (Frontend Engineer) ذو خبرة لتصميم وبناء وصيانة التطبيقات والواجهات الموجهة للمستخدم التي تشغل منصة منتجاتنا. ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في ضمان الأداء وإمكانية الوصول وسهولة الاستخدام لأنظمتنا الأساسية مع التعاون الوثيق مع فرق البرمجة الخلفية، الجوّال، التصميم، وضمان الجودة. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: • تصميم وتطوير وصيانة تطبيقات ويب وواجهات مستخدم متجاوبة وعالية الأداء • كتابة كود نظيف، فعال، مختبر جيدًا، وسهل الصيانة وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات • تحويل تصاميم UI/UX والهياكل السلكية (wireframes) إلى واجهات فائقة الدقة وسهلة الوصول • بناء وصيانة مكتبات المكونات قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام وأنظمة التصميم • ربط تطبيقات الواجهة الأمامية بواجهات APIs من نوع RESTful و/أو GraphQL والخدمات الخلفية • تحسين التطبيقات لتحقيق أقصى قدر من السرعة والقابلية للتوسع والتوافق مع مختلف المتصفحات والأجهزة • المشاركة في مراجعات الكود، تخطيط الدورات التطويرية (sprints)، ومناقشات التصميم والهيكلية الفنية • استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل مشاكل البيئة الإنتاجية بالتعاون مع فرق البرمجة الخلفية وضمان الجودة • تنفيذ وصيانة الاختبارات المؤتمتة (اختبارات الوحدة، والتكامل، والاختبار الشامل) للحفاظ على جودة الكود • الالتزام بأفضل ممارسات أمان الويب، وإمكانية الوصول (WCAG)، والأداء • توثيق المكونات، وأنماط واجهة المستخدم، وهيكلية الواجهة الأمامية للمرجعية الداخلية وبين الفرقالمؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة: • أكثر من 6 سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير الواجهات الأمامية • إتقان قوي لـ JavaScript/TypeScript و HTML5 و CSS3 • خبرة عملية واسعة في أطر عمل الواجهة الأمامية الحديثة (React أو Angular أو Vue.js) • خبرة في حلول إدارة الحالة (Redux أو MobX أو Zustand أو ما يماثلها) • فهم قوي للتصميم المتجاوب، التوافق عبر المتصفحات، ومعايير إمكانية الوصول إلى الويب • دراية بأدوات البناء والحزم (Webpack أو Vite أو ما يماثلها) وأنابيب CI/CD • خبرة في التعامل مع واجهات برمجة التطبيقات RESTful و/أو GraphQL • فهم جيد لتقنيات تحسين الأداء، التخزين المؤقت، والتحميل الكسول (lazy-loading) • معرفة عملية بنظام التحكم في الإصدارات (Git) وسير عمل مراجعة الكود • مهارات تواصل قوية شفهية وكتابية باللغة الإنجليزية المؤهلات المفضلة: • خبرة في أطر عمل العرض على جانب الخادم (Next.js، Nuxt.js) • معرفة بأطر عمل الاختبار المؤتمت (Jest، Cypress، Playwright) • دراية بأدوات التصميم (Figma) وتنفيذ أنظمة التصميم • خبرة سابقة في بيئة ذات زيارات عالية ومستوى إنتاجي مرتفع
