We’re hiring for a partner. A new specialty coffee concept launching in Dubai.<br>Qualifications Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills. Effective Communication skills for taking orders, explaining menu items, and engaging with guests. Hands-on Barista experience with espresso machines, brewing methods, and coffee preparation. Food Preparation skills and knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Prior experience in a café or hospitality environment is a must. Willingness to learn about specialty coffee, roasting, and sustainable sourcing.
