<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Job Purpose: </strong>We are seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer preferred Honeywell Trend, Niagara with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and handover of Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC controls, integration protocols, and project execution.</p><p><strong>Functional Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Lead commissioning activities for Building Management Systems (BMS) across multiple projects.</p><ul><li><p>Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and functional performance testing of HVAC control systems.</p></li><li><p>Review control shop drawings, I/O schedules, control logic, and sequence of operations.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients during project execution and handover.</p></li><li><p>Verify field installations and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.</p></li><li><p>Configure and commission DDC controllers, sensors, actuators, VAVs, FCUs, AHUs, Chillers, and Energy Valves.</p></li><li><p>Integrate third-party systems through BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and other communication protocols.</p></li><li><p>Prepare commissioning reports, testing documentation, and handover packages.</p></li><li><p>Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities during the defect liability period.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and commissioning standards.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 to 10 years of BMS commissioning experience in the UAE/GCC.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Delta Controls, or similar BMS platforms.</p></li><li><p>Experience in HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Energy Management Systems, and Integrated Building Solutions.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols.</p></li><li><p>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and customer-handling capabilities.</p></li><li><p>UAE Driving License preferred.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge of MEP systems and control strategies.</p></li><li><p>Experience in managing multiple commissioning projects simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and lead commissioning teams.</p></li><li><p>Strong documentation and reporting skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience in BMS project installation, commissioning, programming (graphical programming and/or coding), good knowledge, and practice of integration: LON/BACnet/MSTP protocols,TCP/IP networks,MODbus, KNX, Profibus</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
