All suitably qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment on the basis of objective criteria and without regard to the following (which is a non-exhaustive list): race, colour, age, religion, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or other characteristics in accordance with the relevant governing laws.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><p><strong>Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: </strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to office‑based engineering teams to achieve high performance and engagement.</li> <li>Establish and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and governance frameworks across all disciplines.</li> <li>Ensure all engineering deliverables meet required quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.</li> <li>Oversee engineering execution across multiple projects to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.</li> <li>Plan, allocate, and optimize engineering resources based on project priorities and workload forecasts.</li> <li>Monitor engineering progress, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions where necessary.</li> <li>Act as the primary engineering interface with project management, clients, and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and decision‑making support on complex or critical engineering issues.</li> <li>Ensure integration of HSE and design safety principles within office‑based engineering activities.</li> <li>Support proposal development, estimates, and technical inputs for bids and tenders.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, workflows, and document management systems.</li> <li>Promote standardization, lessons learned, and best practices across engineering teams.</li> <li>Support cost control through efficient planning, resource utilization, and reduction of rework.</li> <li>Lead performance management, coaching, and professional development of engineering staff.</li> <li>Ensure effective document control, change management, and knowledge management practices.</li> <li>Report engineering performance, risks, and KPIs to senior management on a regular basis.</li> </ul><br><br>Qualifications:<br><p><strong>Experience, Skills and Knowledge</strong></p><br><ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in any/relevant Engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Computer, Software, Electronic, Marine, Ship Captain, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum twenty (20&#43;) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region. </li> <li>Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for international Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.</li> <li>Previous experience in PMC is required.</li></ul> </div>
