JOB PURPOSETo drive growth of RAKGAS gas business by acquiring new pipeline gas customers, expanding business with existing industries, and promoting Ras Al Khaimah as a preferred destination for gas consuming industries. The role will lead market outreach, customer engagement, and strategic initiatives to attract industrial investments and FDIs that create long-term gas demand and support the company's growth objectives.<br>KEY RESPONISIBILITIES Business Development and Sales: Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate leads through networking, customer visits, industry events, market intelligence, and digital/market outreach to develop a strong pipeline of prospective gas customers. <li><ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE project market. </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, PMCs, main contractors, fit-out contractors & others. </li><li>Generate project enquiries through networking, cold calling, referrals, Ground Scouting, site visits, and through all social media platforms. </li><li>Track upcoming construction and interior fit-out projects and position Callistus products at an early stage. </li><li>Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants, designers, and clients. </li><li>Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations, order closure, and project handover. </li></ul></li>
