The role involves reviewing project requirements from tender and BOQ stage through execution and handover, ensuring full technical compliance, constructability, coordination, and timely approvals from clients and consultants. The Senior Technical Architect acts as the primary technical interface between design consultants, clients, project management teams, subcontractors, factory production teams, and site execution teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects in accordance with approved designs, specifications, budgets, and timelines.<br>Job Responsibilities Lead technical coordination for interior fit-out projects involving architectural finishes, joinery, glass, metal, and MEP systems. Study project BOQs, specifications, tender documents, IFC drawings, and contract requirements to fully understand project scope and technical deliverables. Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of shop drawings, detailed technical drawings, coordinated ceiling layouts, builder’s work drawings, and as-built documentation. Manage and monitor SD logs, material submittal logs, RFI logs, sample approvals, and technical tracking schedules. Review design intent and ensure technical feasibility, constructability, and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate architectural, structural, interior, joinery, and MEP disciplines to eliminate clashes and ensure smooth project execution. Oversee detailed joinery design coordination including custom furniture, wall cladding, feature elements, counters, wardrobes, vanities, decorative ceilings, and specialized finishes. Coordinate glass and metal works including partitions, balustrades, decorative metal screens, cladding systems, fabricated architectural elements, and bespoke installations. Ensure proper integration of MEP services with ceilings, joinery, architectural finishes, and interior elements. Liaise directly with clients and consultants to discuss technical comments, design revisions, material approvals, and drawing reviews. Lead consultant and client coordination meetings to finalize approvals and close technical comments within project timelines. Ensure all technical submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals are properly reviewed and approved before production and installation. Coordinate with factory production teams and suppliers to ensure fabrication details align with approved drawings and site conditions. Conduct technical site inspections to verify quality, dimensions, installation standards, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Support project teams in resolving technical and site-related issues efficiently. Monitor technical progress and support project management teams in achieving project milestones and handover requirements. Participate in value engineering initiatives and provide alternative technical solutions while maintaining design intent and quality standards. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, consultant standards, QA/QC requirements, and health & safety procedures. Mentor and guide junior technical staff, coordinators, and draftsmen where applicable. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, coordination records, and management presentations as required.<br>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related technical field.7–12 years of experience in high-end interior fit-out and technical coordination within the UAE/GCC. Strong background in architectural detailing, joinery, glass, metal works, and MEP coordination. Proven experience handling luxury commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace, F&B, and residential fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methodologies, fabrication processes, and site execution practices. Extensive experience dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authority approvals. Ability to independently manage technical coordination from design stage through project completion. Experience working with leading fit-out contractors or design & build companies in the UAE. Familiarity with factory production coordination and bespoke joinery manufacturing workflows. UAE driving license preferred. Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously.<br>Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Auto CAD and technical drawing review. Strong understanding of shop drawing production, detailing standards, and technical documentation. Ability to review and interpret BOQs, specifications, contracts, and IFC drawings. Position Overview We are seeking a responsible, alert, and professional Security Control Room Operator / Safety Compliance Officer to monitor security and safety operations and support compliance across the workplace or facility. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns. Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV systems, security alarms, access control systems, and control room activities. Conduct regular monitoring of buildings, facilities, entrances, restricted areas, and other designated locations. Identify and report suspicious activity, security incidents, safety hazards, and operational abnormalities. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, accidents, security breaches, and other incidents. Coordinate with security personnel, management, maintenance teams, emergency services, and relevant departments when required. Maintain accurate records of incidents, alarms, visitor movements, safety inspections, and control room activities. Conduct routine safety and compliance inspections and report identified hazards or non-compliance. Ensure staff, contractors, and visitors follow relevant security, safety, access, and site procedures. Support emergency response, evacuation, first-aid coordination, and incident management activities. Monitor access control, visitor registration, key control, and restricted-area procedures. Review CCTV footage and other security information when required for incident investigation. Assist with safety briefings, emergency drills, inspections, and compliance activities. Report equipment faults involving CCTV, alarms, access control, communication systems, or other security equipment. Maintain confidentiality of security information, incident records, CCTV footage, and company information. Identify opportunities to improve security procedures, workplace safety, emergency response, and compliance standards. Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience as a Security Control Room Operator, Security Officer, Safety Officer, CCTV Operator, Safety Compliance Officer, or similar role. Experience in security, facilities, property management, manufacturing, commercial buildings, or other operational environments would be an advantage. Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control, alarm systems, and basic security procedures. Strong observation, attention-to-detail, and situational awareness skills. Good communication, coordination, and incident-reporting abilities. Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional during emergencies or stressful situations. Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements. Good computer skills and familiarity with CCTV, access control, incident reporting, or monitoring systems. Reliable, responsible, disciplined, and able to follow procedures accurately. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with security and operations teams. Physically fit and able to conduct regular site inspections when required. Flexible to work shifts, nights, weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when required. Relevant security, occupational safety, first aid, or emergency response certification would be an advantage. Fluent English required; additional languages would be an advantage.
