Act as a focal point for HSE management systems’ implementation, while providing with the needful support for the respective functions and personnel.  Provide with recommendations and feedback to ensure proper resolution of incidents, and the implementation of HSE development projects. Job Specific Accountabilities •    Review reports, feedback and inputs by Group Companies to ensure aligned and timely support for any HSE related matter. •    Monitor the HSE compliance and performance, and participate to complex and high-impact HSE inspection’ activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures; i.e. for equipment installation, asset and facilities operations starting, loading, offloading, and shutting down…etc. •    Provide Support; facilitate understanding and communication of HSE Management System and COPs for ADNOC and Group Companies.  •    Revise purchasing standards to ensure equipment and material purchased meet applicable safety codes and conform to the latest technology.  •    Contribute to the development of safety programs and ensures the availability of safety manuals, hazardous area instructions, safety materials, safety publications and posters, etc. recommends improvements for areas of unsafe working conditions. •    Prepare and update the safety inspection checklists and schedules for surveying Group Companies facilities for assessment of hazards and pinpointing corrective actions.  •    In line with HSE technical experts, participate in HSE related studies; such as HSE Impact Assessment, HAZOP, HAZID, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment, etc. •    Audit, review and assess the deployed projects, initiatives and recent updates to ensure sustainable and continuous development. •    Analyse accidents and recommends actions required to minimize recurrence. لدى عميلنا الرئيسي في التعاقد نحو متطلبات جديدة لعدد من مهندسي السلامة والصحة المهنية ذوي الخبرة العالية للانضمام إلى فريقهم في دبي للعمل على أبراج عالية الارتفاع ومشروعات مخطط رئيسي للفلل الجديدة. سيُفضل المتقدمون الذين لديهم خبرة سابقة كمهندس HSE يعمل على مشاريع رفيعة المستوى في الإمارات مع أولوية لمن لديهم خبرة سابقة في العمل لدى شركات مقاولة رئيسية معروفة.هذا الدور متاح للانضمام الفوري وهو متاح بعقد مؤقت إلى دائم كوظيفة عقد ابتدائية لمدة 6 أشهر، يتم تعهيده من خلال J10 Consulting، مع خيار الانتقال إلى موظف بعد 6 أشهر ليناسب جميع الأطراف.المهام الرئيسية:<ul><li>إدارة HSE والامتثال: تطوير وتنفيذ والحفاظ على سياسات وإجراءات وأنظمة HSE بما يتوافق مع قوانين الإمارات ومعايير دولية.</li><li>التأكد من الامتثال لمتطلبات البلدية والسلطات.</li><li>إجراء فحوصات/site inspections وتدقيقات وتقييمات مخاطر منتظمة.</li><li>إعداد وتقديم وثائق HSE والتقارير والتصاريح التي تطلبها السلطات.</li><li>سلامة الموقع والعمليات: مراقبة أنشطة الموقع اليومية لضمان اتباع ممارسات العمل الآمنة.</li><li>تحديد المخاطر وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية وقائية.</li><li>عقد جلسات صندوق الأدوات، والتوجيهات السلامة، وجلسات التدريب للموظفين والمقاولين من الباطن.</li><li>التحقيق في الحوادث والوقائع والاخطار القريبة؛ إعداد التقارير وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية.</li><li>التنسيق مع الجهات authorities: التواصل مع الجهات الحكومية أثناء التفتيشات والمراجعات.</li><li>دعم الإدارة أثناء زيارات السلطات ومراجعات الامتثال.</li><li>التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين في مسائل HSE.</li><li>الوثائق والتقارير: الحفاظ على سجلات HSE بما في ذلك سجلات الحوادث، سجلات التدريب، التصاريح، والتفتيش.</li><li>إعداد تقارير HSE أسبوعية وشهرية للإدارة.</li><li>ضمان التطبيق الصحيح لبيانات طريقة العمل، وتقييمات المخاطر، وخطط HSE.</li></ul>خبرة مهندس HSE:<ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة، الصحة والسلامة المهنية، أو مجال ذي صلة.</li><li>حد أدنى 5 سنوات خبرة HSE في الإمارات، على الأقل سنتان في شركات مقاولة رئيسية معروفة.</li><li>معرفة قوية بقوانين HSE الإماراتية، واللوائح، ومتطلبات السلطات.</li><li>خبرة في التعامل مع البلدية المحلية والجهات المحلية الأخرى.</li><li>شهادات مهنية مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو ما يعادلها (إلزامية).</li><li>مهارات تواصل وتقرير ممتازة.</li><li>القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مواقع متعددة.</li></ul>
