Provide constructive feedback and coaching to address performance gaps and support continuous improvement.</span></li><li><span>Perform and oversee maintenance activities using expertise in engine overhaul processes, company procedures, and approved maintenance data, including ESM, IPC, CMM, SBs and ADs. Ensure all maintenance records, paperwork, and MRO ERP transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.</span></li><li><span>Utilize approved tooling, equipment, and facilities to carry out maintenance activities safely and to the highest quality standards. Ensure team compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures.</span></li><li><span>Promote and maintain a safe working environment in line with EEMC/EOW Safety Policies. Report safety and quality non-conformances promptly, take immediate action to mitigate unsafe conditions, and ensure incidents, hazards, and near-miss events are reported and escalated to the Line Manager or Operations Manager as required.</span></li><li><span>Monitor attendance and ensure team compliance with approved shift patterns. Address attendance and conduct issues in accordance with company policies and disciplinary procedures. Lead daily toolbox talks when required, actively participate in operational meetings, and drive initiatives that improve processes, efficiency, and best practices.</span></li><li><span>Develop and coach team members by providing technical training, mentoring, and guidance.
