Clearlake Shipping’s activities include chartering an average of 1,500 vessels annually across crude oil, products, chemicals, LPG, LNG, freight hedging (FFA), operations, claims handling and ship/terminal safety consultations.</p><br><p><b>Overview of Role</b></p><br><p>The position reports directly to the Regional Head of Operations of Clearlake Shipping and is located in the Dubai office. These are to be delivered as per agreed costs and timescales to meet signed-off functional, technical and process requirements.</li><li>Ensure that assigned incidents are resolved within the agreed service levels and problems are defined and analysed in line with the Problem Management Process. Ensure that solutions to problems meet the architectural and security standards within the technology area and that impact on the business is minimised. Own and manage changes within the technology area.</li><li>Publish and maintain high-quality documentation and data catalogue for the technology area.
