<h4>What you'll be doing</h4>
<p>We're looking for a Regional Key Account Manager to drive the commercial success of a portfolio of globally recognised beauty brands across the GCC. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with leading retailers, brand principals, and internal stakeholders to maximise sales performance, optimise stock, and strengthen long-term commercial relationships. Your responsibilities will be to:</p>

<li>Manage strategic regional retail accounts across the GCC, acting as the primary commercial contact for both retailers and brand partners.</li>
<li>Develop and execute annual commercial plans, sales budgets, and joint business plans in collaboration with Business Unit Leaders and international brand principals.</li>
<li>Drive sell-in performance by monitoring sales, negotiating commercial terms where applicable, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profitability.</li>
<li>Build strong partnerships with key retailers including Sephora, Al Tayer Group, FACES, Galleries Lafayette, among others, as well as leading e-commerce partners and pure players.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory across retailers and warehouses, proactively managing stock levels, returns, and liquidation strategies to ensure healthy inventory performance.</li>
<li>Work closely with Supply Chain to align demand planning, forecasts, inbound orders, and product launches.</li>
<li>Analyse sales performance, profitability, market share, customer insights, and competitor activity, translating data into actionable commercial strategies.</li>
<li>Recommend distribution strategies, brand mix, counter openings, renovations, and retail expansion opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate promotional campaigns from planning through execution, measuring results and ensuring commercial objectives are achieved.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to deliver seamless execution across all commercial initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintain exceptional relationships with brand principals, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners, becoming a trusted commercial advisor across the region.</li>
</ul>
<h4>What you’ll need to succeed</h4>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager within the beauty industry.</li>
<li>Experience managing major retail accounts or distributors across the GCC.</li>
<li>Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, sales planning, and revenue growth management.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify opportunities, and make commercially sound decisions.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior retail partners and global brand principals.</li>
<li>Experience working closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Highly relationship-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>

<p>As the VP Regional beauty brands you'll drive growth across a varied portfolio of beauty brands - identifying new opportunities, leading acquisitions, and shaping the strategic and financial direction of the businesses you bring in with focus on Partnerships & Business Development. <p>The purpose of the Merchandise Planner role is to optimize sales, margin, and inventory by building accurate forecasts, managing OTB, and translating commercial strategy into balanced stock and supply plans across channels. It ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, disciplined execution, and continuous performance analysis to drive sell-through and minimize risk.</p>

<p><strong>Merchandise planning:</strong></p>

<li>Create & maintain demand forecast, OTB (Open to Buy) and inventory plans (MSSI) by collaborating with Buying, Finance, Retail, and Ecommerce teams.</li>
<li>Utilize sales data, market conditions, and supplier inputs to help inform merchandise strategies and support profitable decision-making.</li>
<li>Develop stock and supply plans at the brand level, broken down by channel and brand, based on sales and buying budgets.</li>

<li>Prepare and input data for internal Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, and financial objectives.</li>

<li>Seasonal/Novelties: Challenge Buyers/Commercial demand forecasts on new products using historical data and sales performance of comparable items.</li>
<li>Permanent/Baseline Product: Input rolling demand forecasts, incorporating historical data, promotions, sell-out forecasts from key accounts, and network evolution.</li>

<p><strong>Operational planning:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build capacity plans that account for supply chain, logistics, and vendor constraints.</li>
<li>Manage markdown and liquidation plans to optimize inventory turnover and reduce obsolescence while protecting the margin.</li>
<li>Collaborate with vendors to maintain healthy relationships and ensure alignment on supply requirements.</li>
<li>Identify and address ageing stock, executing liquidation strategies to improve inventory health.</li>
<li>Validate order requests and synchronize with the Order Management team to ensure timely and accurate execution.</li>

<p><strong>Performance monitoring and insights:</strong></p>

<li>Monitor key planning KPIs, such as Full Price Sell-Through, stock levels, ISA (Inventory Service Availability), DOI (Days of Inventory), OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and fill rates.</li>
<li>Conduct post-mortem analyses of previous seasons to identify insights and best practices to inform future planning cycles.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Professional experience:</h4>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in merchandise and supply planning, preferably in retail, fashion, or related industries.</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise with planning tools, such as Blue Yonder, SAP, or similar advanced systems.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage seasonal and permanent product planning cycles effectively.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>

<h4>Additional skills:</h4>

<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.</li>

<p>We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join our Mobile Engineering team and help build a world-class eCommerce iOS application.</p>
<p>You will work on a large-scale customer-facing mobile experience, developing features across the complete shopping journey, from product discovery and browsing to checkout, payments, and post-purchase experiences.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate has strong experience building scalable iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit, understands modern mobile architecture, and enjoys solving complex product and engineering challenges in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.</p>

<p>The Merchandise Planner is responsible for supporting the commercial success of Tryano’s Women’s and Men’s categories through effective merchandise planning, managing OTB, forecasting, inventory management, and performance analysis. <li><span>Deliver refresher training to Soft Services Supervisors as per the frequency stated in the Refresher training plan with no impact on daily operation.</span></li>
<li><span>Coordinate with chemical and large equipment suppliers to ensure that refresher training is delivered to Soft Services Supervisor and Housekeeping Staff as per the frequency stipulated in the annual plan</span></li>
<li><span>Prepare and manage the training calendar for Soft Services Supervisors in coordination with internal departments and external suppliers.</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor and evaluate training delivery by manpower service providers to ensure effectiveness and compliance for initial and refresher training</span></li>
<li><span>Plan and coordinate large equipment training for Machine Operators/Team Leaders and manage ongoing competency requirements.</span></li>
