<li>Instil effective and robust operating models within the Global Credit Middle Office</li>

<li>Delivery of the roadmap aligned with the strategy for Middle Office, which incorporates principles from the Process & Controls Simplification programme, Re-platforming agenda and Fit for Growth (FFG) strategy.</li>

<li>Provide effective challenge across the organisation to ensure remediation actions, organisational design and technology development / implementation is best-in-class & covering all scenarios. </li>

<li>Management of the Global Credit Middle Office Group across US, UK, Europe, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and India </li>
<li>Optimise the Follow the Sun (FTS) model in Middle Office functions to ensure exceptional levels of business enablement and client service.</li>
<li>Drive global consistency and transparency by defining and maintaining a premium catalogue of services and capability matrix. </li>
