Alongside SWA Transient Aircraft Services, KBR delivers Engineering Support, NTV Leasing, LAMS, Power Production, BOS-I, and a range of quality-of-life solutions that help sustain base operations. </span></p><br><br><br><p><b><span>Job Summary</span></b></p><br><br><p><span><span>The Alternate Site Manager (ASM)</span><span>is responsible for</span><span>supporting the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations at an assigned installation within the Southwest Asia Area of Responsibility (AOR). Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the ASM ensures</span><span>aircraft</span><span>servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), contractual requirements, applicable Technical Orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>This position provides leadership across all flight line operations, including</span><span>aircraft</span><span>arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities, while</span><span>assisting</span><span>in the supervision of all assigned personnel supporting TAS operations. The ASM serves as the designated authority in the absence of the Site Manager and is accountable for</span><span>maintaining</span><span>operational continuity, coordinating with Government stakeholders, and ensuring consistent performance in a high-tempo, 24/7/365 austere environment.</span></span></p><br><br><br><p><b><span>Roles and Responsibilities </span></b></p><br><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing strict adherence to flight line safety standards, FOD prevention programs, and tool control procedures</span><span>at all times</span><span>.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements; support documentation, reporting, and enforcement across TAS operations.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Assist</span><span>in the daily oversight of TAS operations, including</span><span>aircraft</span><span>arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities to ensure PWS performance</span><span>objectives</span><span>are met.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned personnel during shifts; reinforce operational discipline, safety standards, and quality execution.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Serve as the acting Site Manager in the absence of the Site Manager,</span><span>maintaining</span><span>full authority over daily operations and decision-making.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Coordinate daily tasking and priorities; assign work,</span><span>monitor</span><span>execution, and resolve operational challenges</span><span>impacting</span><span>aircraft</span><span>flow and mission execution.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Schedule personnel (shifts, rotations, coverage) to</span><span>maintain</span><span>required 24/7/365 service levels, including surge and contingency operations.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Inspect and audit in-process and</span><span>completed</span><span>work to verify compliance with PWS requirements, Technical Orders, and</span><span>airfield</span><span>procedures; implement corrective actions as</span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Oversee execution of</span><span>aircraft</span><span>ground handling and servicing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Monitor performance trends,</span><span>identify</span><span>operational risks, and</span><span>assist</span><span>in implementing corrective actions to sustain mission readiness.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Maintain effective coordination with Government stakeholders (COR, ACO, Airfield Management, Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), and other mission partners).</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure</span><span>accurate</span><span>documentation, reporting, and</span><span>records</span><span>management, including staffing updates, performance metrics, and operational deliverables.</span></span></p><br><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span><span>Maintain accountability of on-site equipment, vehicles, and tools;
