Build the floor, don't just join it
We are looking for a Conversion Trainer for our UK Desk in Dubai — someone who can take a new joiner from day one to their first closed deposit and keep developing them long after the induction ends.
This is not a classroom job. You will be on the floor every day, listening to live calls, stepping in as a second voice, and coaching in the moment. Your success is measured by how fast your agents reach target and how many of them are still performing 30-60 days later.
What you'll do
Own the full induction program for UK Desk conversion agents — product, pitch, objection handling, CRM, payments and compliance-aware selling.
Make sure no agent hits a live client call without system and process competence.
If needed, Coach on live calls, deliver second-voice support, and give feedback that changes behavior.
Run structured 30, 60 and 90-day checkpoints for every trainee.
Keep the pitch framework and quality standards current as products and processes change.
Report to the Conversion Sales Manager on trainee progress, ramp rates and capability risks.
Who should apply
You qualify through any one of these three routes:
You are already a Sales, Conversion Trainer on an English-speaking desk (UK, Canada, Australia).
You have Conversion Team Leader experience on an English-speaking desk, coaching and developing agents.
You have 3+ years as a Conversion Agent on an English-speaking desk with a consistent top-performer record, and you want to step up into training.
Formal training experience is a plus, not a requirement. If you can sell and you can explain how you do it, we want to talk to you.

What you'll need
Experience exclusively on English-speaking desks — UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland or comparable markets.
Excellent spoken English: fluent, clear and confident, ready for live UK client calls.
Real conversion ability — you have carried a target and hit it.
Confidence presenting to a group and coaching one to one.
Comfort on a fast, high-pressure sales floor.
Based in the UAE or ready to relocate to Dubai.
What we offer
Departmental performance bonuses on top — the basis is set out in writing in your offer, not left vague.
Employment visa, medical insurance and annual leave as per UAE Labor Law.
A genuine step up for a top-performing agent ready to build a floor rather than just work on one.
Real ownership — you will shape the program, not inherit a script.
