Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, roadworthiness standards, and safety protocols. Maintain meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities and records. Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget for the fleet. Optimize maintenance expenditures while preserving luxury-standard operational quality. Track and report cost variances, parts inventory, and resource utilization. Implement digital fleet health monitoring systems and telematics integration. Analyze vehicle performance data, identify patterns, breakdown risks, or maintenance gaps. Recommend fleet improvements, upgrades, or replacements based on lifecycle analysis. Monitor and manage driver-related performance and scorecards. Coach and supervise maintenance technicians and workshop staff. Fleet operational useability awareness and technical training. Drive a culture of quality, precision, and guest-centric fleet readiness. Oversee training in diagnostics, OEM procedures, and new technology.
