Negotiation of prices with sub-contractors, suppliers, and various project stakeholders. Scrutinising the invoices received from sub-contractors based on the work done at site. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE/GCC. Proven experience managing high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, and office fit-out projects. Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishes. Excellent understanding of architectural, MEP, and joinery coordination. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams. Knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority requirements, and HSE regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
