About the Role<br>We are seeking an experienced F-16 Crew Chief Instructor to deliver formal theoretical and practical technical training to aviation maintenance personnel.<br>The role will be responsible for delivering approved training programmes, conducting examinations and assessments, supporting the development and continuous improvement of training materials, and ensuring accurate training records are maintained within the Learning Management System (LMS). <br>Location: United Arab Emirates<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Deliver authorized technical training courses in accordance with approved course and training plans. Deliver F-16 Crew Chief maintenance training covering relevant aircraft maintenance activities, inspections, troubleshooting, and launch and recovery operations. Prepare training materials and resources required for effective course delivery. Develop question banks and conduct, assess and mark examinations and individual assessments. Develop practical case studies and training scenarios. Review and update course materials and curricula to maintain technical accuracy and relevance. Support the development of training manuals, classroom materials and other instructional content. Collaborate with Course Developers, Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and Training Standards & Compliance teams.
