<p>Job Purpose: To act as the class teacher for an assigned Primary homeroom, delivering Arabic-medium subjects in line with the UAE MOE curriculum, and to take overall responsibility for the academic, social and pastoral development of the students in that class.</p><br><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in Arabic Language and other assigned Arabic-medium subjects in accordance with the MOE curriculum framework and pacing guides.</p></li><li><p>Act as homeroom teacher: take daily attendance, oversee the general wellbeing, discipline and conduct of the class, and serve as the first point of contact for parents of students in the class.</p></li><li><p>Prepare weekly/termly lesson plans, schemes of work and assessments aligned to MOE learning outcomes and submit them for review as required.</p></li><li><p>Assess, record and report on student progress using the school's tracking systems; prepare report card comments and participate in parent-teacher conferences.</p></li><li><p>Implement differentiation and support strategies for students of varying abilities, including those referred by the Inclusion/SEN team.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a positive, well-managed and safe classroom environment consistent with the school's behaviour management policy.</p></li><li><p>Supervise students during recess, arrival/dismissal, assemblies and other duties as scheduled.</p></li><li><p>Prepare students for MOE assessments and any standardized examinations as applicable.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Arabic Department and grade-level team on curriculum mapping, common assessments and moderation of student work.</p></li><li><p>Participate in school events, morning assemblies, parents' meetings, CPD sessions and other school-wide activities.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation in line with KHDA and MOE requirements.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Education, Arabic Language, or a related field (Ministry of Education / Teacher's License eligible).</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years' teaching experience at Primary level, preferably within an MOE curriculum school.</p></li><li><p>Valid UAE Teacher's Licence or eligibility to obtain one; MOE-recognized qualification attestation.</p></li><li><p>Sound knowledge of MOE curriculum standards, learning outcomes and assessment frameworks for the Primary phase.</p></li><li><p>Native or near-native fluency in Arabic; working knowledge of English is an advantage.</p></li></ul>

<p>8.Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical work day, where the tasks require additional commitment.</p>
<p>9. Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.</p>
<p>10. Ensure tact, confidentiality and discretion at all times. Maintain confidential information and ensure information pertaining to students and the school is not shared or discussed without the approval of the teacher or senior management team. </p>
