Job description:<br><br>Job Purpose CL BD Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our contract logistics business within Middle East Region. What you’ll do:
Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical systems, including preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance approaches to ensure equipment reliability and production continuity.
Drive equipment reliability improvement, analyzing downtime, MTBF and MTTR, identifying mechanical failure modes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve machine availability.

Own mechanical performance of critical advanced automated manufacturing equipment, including:
Cam-controlled forming and assembly machines
Plastic injection molding machines (mechanical systems, clamping units, cooling systems)
Collaborate with production, toolmaking and engineering teams to improve machine stability, cycle time consistency and overall process performance.
Define and deploy predictive maintenance approaches, using equipment condition data, wear analysis and failure trends to reduce unplanned downtime.
Support equipment commissioning and industrialization activities, ensuring mechanical robustness, maintainability and readiness for serial production.
Drive continuous improvement of mechanical systems, focusing on reduction of breakdowns, improvement of equipment lifetime and stabilization of manufacturing processes.
