We care about what performs, not what simply looks good.<br>THE ROLEYou will own the creator sourcing pipeline from discovery and evaluation through outreach, negotiation, coordination, and content delivery. When the Creative Team needs a specific creator profile, you should know how to find them quickly. When existing sourcing channels become saturated, you should find new ones. When reviewing a creator, you should be able to form a strong opinion on whether they have the delivery, authenticity, relatability, energy, demographic fit, and creative instincts required to produce effective advertising. You are not here to send the Creative Team lists of creators to evaluate for you.
