<p><span><span>The Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Consultant will support and enhance Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring applications, designing technical solutions, supporting integrations, and providing end-user training and ongoing support. About the Role<br>We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, Saa S, or cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, developing enterprise relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and expanding existing accounts across the Dubai and wider UAE market. Candidates based out of UAE only.<br>The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the service portfolio. Develop long-term relationships and act as a trusted business advisor to clients. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account expansion.<br>Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity, and pricing across Dubai, UAE, and APAC. Provide market and customer insights to leadership to support business strategy. Support marketing initiatives, channel partnerships, and regional brand-building activities.<br>Sales Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent pipeline updates using Zoho or equivalent CRM platforms. Role Purpose The Director, HR Digital Transformation will lead the development and execution of the HR digital transformation strategy, driving the modernization of HR processes, systems, and service delivery. <p>This is a full-time role providing executive support to the General Manager, with a second responsibility that we want to be direct about up front: sales follow-up.
