<p>·</p><ul><li><p>Prepare & Collect Delivery Notes and Bill of Materials for all works executed.</p></li><li><p>Issuance of materials to Retail, Palace and corporate (BOM).</p></li><li><p>Ensure all documents for invoicing are properly filed- signed and stamped for timely invoicing of all work orders.</p></li><li><p>Monitor, apply and follow up for gate passes except GHQ.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing and submission of proposals & quotations for the Contacted corporates flower delivery (scope remains under contact) in coordination with Assistant Head Florist/ Senior Floral Designer.</p></li><li><p>Monitor vases / accessories issuance and return and Keep vases log (in/ out). Inform concerned department about any discrepancy and ensure the return or payment is completed.</p></li><li><p>Consolidate designs/photographs of all contracts and store in shared folder with assigned arrangement names, in coordination with the Assistant Head Florist.</p></li><li><p>Maintain Vases Inventory.</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties assigned by Line Manager</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><br><p><strong>Minimum Requirement (Education & Experience)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma in Administration or related field</p></li><li><p> Min 3 years’ experience in administration </p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word);</p></li><li><p>Excellent Negotiation, oral & written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional customer service skills;</p></li></ul>
