The Tanker Ship Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day commercial and operational management of assigned tankers. The Tanker Ship Operator is expected to monitor vessel operations and support adherence to charter party terms. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple vessels, schedules, and stakeholders under time constraints. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural, cross-functional environment. Proficiency with maritime operational software, fleet management systems, and standard office productivity tools. Any experience with Shipnet will be beneficial. Relevant maritime education or qualifications, such as a degree in maritime studies, ICS certification or equivalent professional certification.
