<li><span>Oversee routine CMMS administration and operations, including mobile solutions and integration with related systems (e.g. D365) to ensure system availability for end-users.</span></li>
<li><span>Deliver contractual obligations and requirements to the RTA.</span></li>
<li><span>Maintain obsolescence registers and trackers for parts, assets and systems nearing end-of-life or support withdrawal.</span></li>
<li><span>Maintain high standards of data integrity by defining and enforcing data governance, incorporating structures, hierarchies, and validation rules within the AMS/CMMS.</span></li>
<li><span>Embed AMS processes into daily operations where applicable, ensuring seamless workflows across maintenance, inspections, asset tracking, and lifecycle planning.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure the central asset register is continuously updated and reflects accurate asset attributes, condition, criticality, and lifecycle status.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure operational documentation and system outputs meet standards and remain available to support audits, inspections, and external reviews.</span></li>
