This is a build-and-scale mandate, not a governance seat - you'll be hands-on with the platform, the delivery team, and the business stakeholders who depend on what you ship.</p><br><p></p><br><p>What you'll own</p><br><p>Define and own the CRM product roadmapLead the CRM platform build and integration work, including hands-on ownership of the Dynamics 365 implementation and the front-end experienceDrive measurable business value: productivity gains, revenue growth, cross-sell optimization, and improved client experience - not just delivery milestones.Manage end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and MVP through to enterprise-scale deployment and adoption.</p><br><p><span>Own vendor and ecosystem relationships, including Microsoft, Salesforce and delivery partners.</span></p><br><p></p><br><p>What you'll need to bring</p><br><ul><li><p><b>Hands-on Dynamics 365 depth.</b></p><br><p>You've implemented Dynamics 365 (Sales / Customer Engagement) inside a FS company - not just configured it, but been part of building it, including the front-end experience end users actually touch.
