Set up activity spaces, equipment, signage, attendance sheets, and required materials before events. Support participant registration, crowd coordination, activity flow, and post-event arrangements. Coordinate with supervisors, operations teams, and support departments to ensure event requirements are delivered smoothly.<br>Equipment and Inventory Control Issue, collect, inspect, clean, and store recreational equipment in line with approved procedures. Monitor equipment condition and report damaged, missing, unsafe, or low-stock items. Maintain equipment logs, usage records, inventory trackers, and related documentation where required. Ensure equipment is stored safely and recreational areas remain neat, accessible, and ready for use.<br>Safety, Compliance, and Reporting Conduct basic checks of recreation areas to identify hazards, maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, or unsafe conditions. Report incidents, accidents, near misses, damaged equipment, and facility defects in accordance with site procedures. Support emergency response by following approved escalation and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records for bookings, attendance, inspections, incidents, and equipment usage.<br>Coordination and Service Improvement Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, security, HSE, helpdesk, and operations teams to ensure smooth recreation service delivery. Follow up on reported issues to support timely resolution and facility readiness. Contribute to improving user experience, facility presentation, safety, and service efficiency.
