<p>A well-established organization is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<p>Requirements:</p>

Today, GCC stands among the region’s top contractors, delivering projects that define skylines and enrich communities.<br>Role Description:We are seeking a Civil Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement of long-lead items and materials required for infrastructure projects, issue LPOs, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Your tasks and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:Send inquiries to potential suppliers and collect quotations in accordance with project requirements. Conduct technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers. Prepare comparison sheets and obtain approval from the procurement committee to select the most suitable supplier. Issue and send confirmation letters/LPOs to the selected supplier, enabling them to submit materials to the relevant project for consultant approval.
