<p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecom Engineer to lead the design, engineering, and execution support of telecommunications systems for large-scale industrial, infrastructure, energy, and utility projects. Lead and supervise site construction activities for Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, Painting, Insulation, Refractory and Fireproofing, ensuring safe execution within schedule, quality and budget requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities<br> Manage subcontractors, field personnel and construction activities against project schedules.<br> Develop 90-day/6-week look-ahead plans and ensure workfront readiness.<br> Review construction methods, procedures, IFC drawings and technical queries.<br> Coordinate with Engineering, PMT, Client, QC and subcontractors to resolve site issues.<br> Monitor daily progress, quality inspections, RFIs, ITRs, NCRs and punch-list closure.<br> Supervise Mechanical/Piping activities including pressure testing, flange management, equipment installation and rotating equipment.<br> Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and system turnover activities.<br> Review HVAC installation, testing, documentation and compliance with project requirements.<br> Monitor subcontractor changes, site instructions, variations, quantities and cost impacts.<br> Ensure competent and certified personnel, safe work practices and compliance with project standards.<br><br><br><br>Requirements<br><br>Requirements<br> 8+ years Mechanical & Piping Engineering experience in international Oil & Gas EPC construction/subcontracting; 8+ years HVAC experience for HVAC-focused roles.<br> Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.<br> Strong knowledge of Mechanical/HVAC, Piping and construction activities.<br> Thorough knowledge of ASME, API codes and standards for static/rotating equipment and piping.<br> Middle East, CIS/FSU or North Africa experience preferred.<br> Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and subcontractor management skills.<br> Lifting and scaffolding supervision training preferred.<br>Key Skills<br>Mechanical Construction | Piping | HVAC | Oil & Gas EPC | Rotating Equipment | Subcontractor Management | Pre-Commissioning | Commissioning | ASME | API | QA/QC.
