This role requires a launch-focused mindset, a deep understanding of the cardiometabolic disease area, and the ability to build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical stakeholders, and decision-makers, ensuring the successful launch of the product in the assigned geographic territory. </p><br><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></b></p><br><ul><li><p>Lead the territory-level execution of a new product launch.</p><br></li><li><p>Drive early adoption and ensure rapid market penetration of the new product launch by proactively engaging with Healthcare Practitioners (including Key Opinion Leaders, physicians, and pharmacists) to gather feedback, address clinical questions, and introduce the new product to the market.</p><br></li><li><p>Provide field insights to marketing and medical to adapt strategies in real time.</p><br></li><li><p>Disseminate knowledge using guidelines through product samples, scientific literature, clinical trials related to the new product launch to help physicians and other healthcare professionals take the best decisions.</p><br></li><li><p>Follow-up with Healthcare Practitioners (Key Opinion Leaders, physicians, pharmacists, or any other party having impact on the business), to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Viatris products.</p><br></li><li><p>Act as a key partner for stakeholders across the patient journey, identifying challenges and opportunities.</p><br></li><li><p>Understand and apply insights into the patient journey to tailor discussions and value propositions for different stakeholders.</p><br></li><li><p>Identify, create end-to-end engagement plans, and manage relationship with key opinion leaders to ensure consistent and meaningful interactions.</p><br></li><li><p>Provide information to HCP on Viatris products, e.g. proper medical usage, dosage amounts and side effects.</p><br></li><li><p>Work cross-functionally to support product inclusion into formularies and treatment pathways, and support discussions that shape clinical protocols within institutions.</p><br></li><li><p>Providing feedback to his/her manager on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access. <p>Job Purpose:</p><br><p><span>Secure contracts and agreements to provide services and supply of goods and services for Bahri fleet in in accordance with the O&M Procurement policies and procedures. Prepare and finalize the contracts for docking repairs of Bahri fleet and attend the docked vessels at the appointed shipyard as a commercial representative of Bahri during the repair period.</span></p><br><p>Key Accountabilities:</p><br><p>Manage Contracts</p><br><p>Undertake pre-qualification of the contractors, evaluate and analyse commercial proposals before awarding and signing the contracts.</p><br><p>Prepare presentations, reports and provide recommendations to facilitate management decision making.</p><br><p>Lead communication between bidders and Company personnel during all tendering stages of evaluation and negotiations with bidder's representatives.</p><br><p>Prepare and review new contracts and amendments for award and approval</p><br><p><span><span>Manage Drydocking Contracts </span></span></p><br><p>Pre-qualify the shipyards for vessel drydock and evaluate their submitted proposal for award recommendation.</p><br><p>Attend the vessel docking at shipyard as a commercial representative of Bahri.</p><br><p>Arrange procurement of materials and services for repairs during the drydock project. </p><br><p>Closely monitor the drydock budget, issue change orders and negotiate the final invoice for payment in the best interest of Bahri.</p><br><p>Contract Compliance</p><br><p>Ensure contracts are drafted and awarded in compliance with Bahri Procurement policies and procedures.</p><br><p>Liaise with suppliers and service providers in case of contractual terms and conditions that are deviating from standard. Ensure that Bahri interests are being served by the contractual terms and conditions agreed.</p><br><p>Contract Monitoring</p><br><p>Administer contracts and agreements and ensure contracts are renewed before expiry. </p><br><p>Resolve contract and agreement issues with contractors and other stakeholders within and outside of the Company.</p><br><p>Monitor contracts issues and recommend improvements in contracts or agreements rates, terms and conditions as applicable.</p><br><p>Documentation</p><br><p><span><span>Ensure that all contracts under management are retained in a secure and easily retractable manner.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Qualifications and Experience:</span></span></p><br><p>Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.</p><br><p>6-8 years of relevant experience.</p><br><p><span><span>Certification in CPCM (Certificate in Professional Contracts Management) is preferred.</span></span></p><br><br> </div>
