<ul><li><p>Liaise with UAE government authorities including (but not limited to) Immigration, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Free Zones, Courts, Customs, and other relevant departments</p></li><li><p>Process, renew, and manage employment visas, residence visas, Emirates IDs, labor cards, work permits, entry permits, and dependent visas</p></li><li><p>Manage employee entry procedures including visa issuance, medical tests, biometrics, visa stamping, and onboarding formalities in coordination with HR</p></li><li><p>Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID biometrics, and visa stamping processes to ensure timely completion</p></li><li><p>Manage employee exit procedures including visa cancellation, labor clearance, and coordination with HR and Finance teams</p></li><li><p>Coordinate employee security deposit / guarantee refund processes upon exit, ensuring completion of all legal and regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and Free Zone requirements</p></li><li><p>Support audits, inspections, government inquiries, and official visits when required</p></li><li><p>Assist management with legal, regulatory, and government-related documentation and correspondence</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all government-related documents, approvals, and employee data</p></li><li><p>Handle company trade license issuance and renewals, establishment cards, immigration files, and other statutory registrations</p></li><li><p>Monitor and track renewal dates for employee visas, dependents, licenses, and company registrations to avoid penalties</p></li><li><p>Keep management informed of updates and changes in UAE labor laws, immigration policies, Free Zone regulations, and government procedures</p></li><li><p>Handle legal requirements related to company-owned assets and board members’ assets as and when required</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and manage trademark registration processes for group entities</p></li><li><p>Manage employee and dependent data, including visa and document validity tracking and renewals</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and immigration procedures</p></li><li><p>Excellent coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills in English and Arabic language</p></li><li><p>Well organized with strong attention to detail and deadline management</p></li></ul>
