Role Description An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and certifying aircraft and aircraft components to ensure they remain safe, airworthy, reliable, and compliant with applicable aviation regulations and approved maintenance procedures. The role performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, identifies technical defects, coordinates corrective actions, maintains accurate maintenance records, and supports safe and efficient aircraft operations. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled, preventive, corrective, and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved maintenance procedures. Conduct aircraft inspections, functional checks, system tests, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, avionics, structural, and other aircraft-system faults as applicable to the engineer's specialization. Working closely with project teams, vessel owners, marine operations, clients, and regulatory authorities, you will ensure crew readiness, certification compliance, rotation planning, and seamless mobilization while driving continuous improvement across crewing processes and standards.<br></p><br><span><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span><br>- Lead and supervise the Central Crewing team,
