Coordinate site activities on daily basis. Monitor plant & equipment on site, ensure proper timely maintenance and operations.
Ensure that the work is executed in accordance with company integrated management system requirements.
Coordinate the duties of Site Engineers, Foreman, other Site Staff and ensure that the construction team is organized to achieve the optimum productivity and carry out works in most efficient manner and in the stipulated time, budget and quality.

Prepare quantity take-off for all materials for the project and prepare schedule of materials forms.

Achieve the productivity rate for DDC activities as per the project productivity schedule in co-ordination with CM/PM.

Attend all weekly progress meetings and prepare monthly report for labour and daily site progress report.

Check Non-Conformance Reports/safety violations both internal and external and ensure that they are closed.
