Role Overview <br></b><p>The <strong>Lead Test Platform Engineer</strong> will be the technical owner of the end-to-end Test Platform environment used for spacecraft integration, verification, validation, and manufacturing.</p>

<p>We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst / Industrial Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and operational data, developing and improving workflows, optimizing business processes, and creating dashboards and reports to support management decision-making. Experience in the EPC or construction industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze operational, project, HR, procurement, and cost data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and optimize workflows and business processes across departments.
• Create process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
• Develop interactive dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar BI tools.
• Automate reporting and improve data accuracy through process improvements.
• Monitor project productivity, resource utilization, and operational performance.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Planning, and Project teams to improve efficiency.
• Conduct time and motion studies and recommend productivity improvements.
• Prepare management reports and presentations with actionable insights.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and business process automation.</p><p>Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Power Query.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
• Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Visio, or similar) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
• Industrial Engineering background with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in workflow development and business process optimization.
• Ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.</p>
