Nationality: Any Nationality<br>Key Responsibilities• Supervise and manage site activities for large-scale high-rise building projects.• Coordinate projects from design coordination through construction and completion.• Review and coordinate Revit/BIM models, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, MEP teams, and clients.• Monitor construction progress, quality, inspections, and site execution.• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements.• Ensure adherence to Dubai construction regulations and authority requirements.• Lead site teams and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.<br>Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.• 10+ years of overall experience, with strong experience in high-rise building projects.• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer, Project Engineer, or Site Engineer on large-scale building projects.• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM for high-rise projects.• Experience in reviewing and coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP drawings/models.• Strong experience in site supervision, project coordination, quality control, inspections, and progress monitoring.• Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering standards, specifications, and quality requirements.• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.<br>• Dubai high-rise project experience is highly preferred.<br>• Any nationality can apply.<br>????
