Content Creator Intern Based in Al Ain3 to 6 months, starting in October Project-based
Leukeather is an authentic material made from the region's flora. Its distinctive pattern occurs naturally, celebrating the character and beauty of the region without artificial embossing. We are creating a locally made material for the global design industry.
We are looking for someone to tell that story.
What you'll actually do Your role is to capture how Leukeather is made and how it is used, and to publish it consistently. You will:Film and photograph in the workshop as the material is made, cut and finished Edit short videos and stills Publish three times a week on Instagram and Linked InWrite captions that sound like us Keep the media library organised, labelled and easy to search Cover events, including Qatar Design Week and Downtown Design Dubai, both in November Help build the press kit and keep our image library current Photograph new products and prototypes as they are completed
What we'll measure We will look at the quality of your images, how well the material is represented, and whether you publish consistently rather than in bursts. Three posts a week across both platforms. One filming session a week Able to maintain a rolling two-week posting calendar Edit and organize posts within 48 hours of capturing
Who we're looking for A final year student or recent graduate in media, film, communications, marketing or design Able to shoot and edit on a phone. Professional equipment is a bonus, not a requirement. A real eye for material, texture and light Reliable about scheduling. Consistency matters more here than brilliance. Comfortable writing clear, considered captions in English. Arabic is an advantage. Able to work independently and take ownership of a publishing schedule Must be based in Al Ain with some travel to factories in Sharjah Experience with video editing, photography, colour grading, motion graphics or social media management is an advantage, but you do not need experience in all of them.
What this role isn't This is not a strategy role. Brand voice and what we claim about the material remain with the founder. It is not paid advertising or performance marketing, and it is not a fully remote role. The material has to be filmed where it is made.
What you'll get A portfolio built around a subject nobody else is filming Full creative freedom on execution. We will tell you what matters, not how to shoot it. Direct mentorship from the founder, an architect and material designer A close look at how a design brand is built from the beginning The possibility of joining Leukeather permanently if the role works well for both of us
To apply Send your CV to contact@leukeather.com, along with links to anything you have shot or edited. Instagram is completely fine. Then, along with your application:Pick any material or object near you, film fifteen seconds of it, and send that to us as well.
