· Strong knowledge of Fit-out and interior design project lifecycles, Design coordination, technical management processes and Construction documentation and approval workflows.
· Strong technical knowledge of Architectural and interior design drawings, Fit-out materials, finishes, joinery works and MEP coordination within interior fit-out projects.
· Professional in Shop drawings, coordination drawings, Material submittals, method statements, technical data sheets.
· Strong working knowledge of Relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements applicable to interior works.
· knowledge of Quality, safety, and construction standards related to technical compliance.

Join us.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>The QA/QC Inspector (Rail) is responsible for carrying out site inspection and surveillance of civil works to verify compliance with approved designs, specifications and quality requirements. The role ensures that materials and workmanship meet project and contractual quality standards prior to acceptance, and that non-conformances are identified, recorded and resolved in a timely and well-documented manner.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Site Inspection & Surveillance<br><br>Conduct daily inspections of civil works, including earthworks, concrete, structures, drainage and utilities. Carry out inspection and surveillance of civil works in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and applicable hold/witness points. Verify materials and workmanship against approved drawings, specifications, project standards and applicable codes. Attend and witness testing activities (e.g., concrete cube testing, compaction/density testing, welding inspection) and verify results against acceptance criteria. Inspect earthworks (subgrade, embankment, compaction), concrete works (formwork, reinforcement, pours, curing), structures (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, buildings), drainage and utility works. <br><br>Non-Conformances & Quality Records<br><br>Raise and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) for work or materials that do not meet approved requirements, following through to close-out. Complete inspection checklists, daily quality reports and inspection request (IR) records for all inspected activities. Maintain accurate and complete quality records, photographs and supporting documentation for each inspection. Support the preparation of quality documentation and test/inspection packages for handover and close-out. <br><br>Coordination & Compliance<br><br>Liaise with contractor quality teams to coordinate inspection requests, hold/witness points and inspection scheduling. Coordinate with the design/engineering team on non-conformances, technical queries and any deviations requiring clarification or approval. Support internal and external quality audits and inspections, providing records and evidence as required. Report inspection findings, quality trends and recurring issues to the QA/QC Manager, escalating significant quality concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with the project Quality Management Plan, applicable codes/standards and contractual quality requirements at all times. Promote a quality-first culture on site and support contractor personnel in understanding and meeting quality requirements. <br><br>Minimum Qualifications & Experience<br><br>The following are the mandatory minimum requirements for this position:<br><br>Minimum of five (5) years’ inspection or site supervision experience. Knowledge of construction quality procedures. Middle East / UAE experience is highly advantageous. The role ensures that project information and administrative processes are managed accurately, efficiently and in full compliance with company and project procedures, providing reliable administrative support to the wider project team.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Document Control<br><br>Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, tracking and archival of project documents in accordance with the Document Control Procedure. Receive, register, code and distribute project documents — including drawings, specifications, correspondence, submittals, RFIs and transmittals — to the relevant internal teams and external parties. Maintain and administer the project's electronic document management system (EDMS) together with hard-copy records and archives. Track document status, revisions and transmittals, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround of approvals and responses. Ensure compliance with the project's document numbering, naming, classification and retention rules across all disciplines, contractors and subcontractors. Support internal and external audits related to document control, and prepare document control status reports for project leadership. Coordinate document control interfaces with the client, consultants, contractors and subcontractors, including their respective document control teams. <br><br>Office & Facilities Administration<br><br>Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facilities, office supplies, equipment, courier/mail services and general upkeep of the project office(s). Manage office leases, vendor contracts and service providers for administrative and facilities services, ensuring service quality and value for money. Coordinate travel, accommodation, visa processing and government/PRO liaison arrangements for project staff and visitors. Organize and support internal meetings, workshops and project events, including logistics, minutes and follow-up on action items. <br><br>Records, Correspondence & Reporting<br><br>Manage the project's incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper logging, distribution and timely response. Maintain organized filing and archival systems, both physical and electronic, in line with company and project retention policies. Prepare and maintain administrative reports, registers and dashboards (e.g., correspondence logs, document control KPIs) for project leadership. <br><br>Team & Process Management<br><br>Supervise and manage the performance of document controllers, office administrators and other administrative support staff. Develop, implement and continuously improve administration and document control procedures, templates and workflows in line with company standards. Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of administrative and document control staff as required. Manage the administration function's budget and resourcing, and liaise with the Project Director/Manager and other department heads on administrative matters affecting the project.
