Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) license for the design and approval of G+4 to G+12 buildings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage). Valid Dubai Municipality Structural Engineer License for G+4 to G+12 projects (mandatory) Membership in a recognized engineering body is preferred. Experience Minimum 3–15 years of structural design experience. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in structural design and authority approvals. Proven experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects. Demonstrated experience obtaining approvals from Dubai Municipality and other UAE authorities. Technical Skills Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, and Auto CAD. Knowledge of Revit Structure and BIM coordination is preferred.
