You should be equipped with capabilities in system construction, cross-border collaboration and on-site execution.<br>Core Responsibilities1. Compensation and Benefits System Construction and Optimization: Lead the construction of a compensation and benefits system covering the entire group (including domestic and foreign branches), including salary structure design, salary band for job levels, performance-salary linkage, and formulation of benefit plans (five social insurance and one housing fund, supplementary commercial insurance, flexible benefits, etc.). Continuously iterate and optimize in combination with industry benchmarks and group strategies, and establish a scientific salary adjustment and optimization mechanism.2. Be responsible for overall planning the full-process design and implementation of the equity long-term incentive system. Combine the company's strategic development plan, industry competition pattern and core talent incentive needs to build a scientific, reasonable, attractive and binding equity incentive framework (including various incentive models such as stock options, restricted stocks, and virtual equity); take the lead in core work such as screening incentive objects, calculating grant prices, setting exercise conditions, and planning incentive periods to ensure that the incentive plan is compliant, in line with the company's reality and executable; coordinate with relevant departments such as legal affairs, finance and human resources to promote the compliance review, filing registration and implementation of the incentive plan, and solve various professional problems in the implementation process; regularly track the implementation effect of the equity incentive plan, optimize and adjust the incentive strategy according to the company's operating conditions, changes in the market environment and incentive feedback, continuously exert the binding and incentive effect of long-term incentives on core talents, and support the company's talent echelon construction and the achievement of strategic goals.3. Multinational Compensation Management and Implementation: Oversee the compensation construction of multinational companies, coordinate the connection of domestic and foreign compensation policies, adapt to labor laws, tax policies and compensation market conditions in different countries/regions, solve core issues such as cross-border salary payment, exchange rate conversion and cross-border compliance, and ensure the efficient implementation of global compensation management work.4. Compensation Compliance and Risk Control: In-depth study of compensation-related laws and regulations (labor laws, tax laws, social security policies, etc.) in various global regions, establish a compensation compliance review mechanism, conduct regular compensation compliance self-inspections and risk assessments, avoid cross-border compensation operation risks, and ensure the full-process compliance of the group's compensation work.5. Compensation Data Analysis and Optimization: Establish a compensation data analysis system, regularly conduct compensation competitiveness analysis, internal fairness analysis, compensation cost calculation and control, issue compensation analysis reports, provide data support for the group's compensation strategy adjustment and talent incentive decisions, and realize precise control of compensation costs and maximum efficiency.6. Cross-departmental and Cross-border Collaboration: Collaborate with various business lines of the group, overseas branches and various HR modules to meet compensation and benefits needs and promote the global implementation of the compensation system; coordinate with finance and legal departments to solve cross-departmental matters such as salary payment, tax planning and compliance review, and build a smooth cross-border collaboration mechanism.7. Compensation System Advocacy and Implementation Support: Responsible for the advocacy and training of the group's compensation and benefits policies, answering questions from domestic and foreign employees and management about compensation and benefits; guiding the implementation of compensation in various regions, collecting feedback and continuously optimizing processes, and improving employees' recognition of the compensation and benefits system.<br>Requirements1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields is preferred. Those with C&B-related professional certifications (such as CCP, GRP) will be given priority.2. Work Experience: More than 8 years of work experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 3 years of experience in compensation management positions in leading internet companies. As we build out spot trading, custody, staking and on-chain services for our client base, security is the foundation the whole business stands on. This role owns it.</p><br>
<p>You will be the security owner for our crypto platform end to end: architecture, engineering, operations and regulatory assurance. You’ll secure a greenfield, cloud-native exchange and custody stack, protect client digital assets and private key material, and make sure our controls stand up to regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
