Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

<p>JOB PURPOSE
The Procurement Lead / Senior Procurement Officer – MEP will be responsible for managing procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and specialist subcontract packages in support of our engineering and construction projects based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will bring specialized MEP procurement expertise and a strong track record of sourcing within the UAE market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and specialist subcontract packages (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting/fire alarm, BMS, etc.) for projects in Abu Dhabi.
• Develop sourcing strategies for MEP packages in line with project schedules, technical specifications, and budget requirements.
• Issue RFQs and tenders to approved MEP vendors and subcontractors; lead technical and commercial bid evaluations in coordination with the engineering team.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with MEP suppliers and subcontractors to secure best value while safeguarding quality and compliance.

Acting as a catalyst for organizational effectiveness, the HR Director partners closely with business and corporate leaders to enable sustainable growth and enterprise-wide impact.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Strategic Business Partnership:Partner with the President and BU leadership team to align people priorities with business goals, organizational capability, workforce needs and performance outcomes. HR Delivery:Ensure strong delivery of core HR services through leveraging and leaning on HR COEs and Shared Services when required. Talent:Build talent pipelines in the BU for leadership, line manager and critical roles through workforce planning, succession, hiring, development and capability growth. Culture:Shape a high-performance, values-led culture that strengthens engagement, accountability, collaboration and wellbeing. Change Management:Lead the people side of transformation through clear communication, leadership alignment, adoption and future ready ways of working.<br>Job Requirements:Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.10+ years’ experience in a relevant HR field, e.g., business partnering, employee relations, COE;Courage and confidence to lead difficult discussions, using strong verbal and written communication skills to convey messages clearly and effectively. Strong analytical and structured mindset for decision making leveraging data and key HR metrics. Knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements across their area of operation. Proficiency in HRIS systems; strong business partnering and time management skills.
