Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, with a strong focus on Chinese-backed enterprise clients and highly influential key accounts within the GCC region. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding our client base among contractors, developers, and distributors across the UAE and the wider Middle East. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to provide actionable market insights. Prepare and present sales performance reports to the management team. Work seamlessly with internal departments, specifically Procurement and Production, to ensure smooth order execution and guarantee customer satisfaction.<br>Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of proven sales and business development experience within the steel, rebar, or heavy building materials industry. Possess a strong, active network and existing client resources (contractors, developers, distributors) within the UAE market. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a solid track record of closing B2B deals. Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture and a proven ability to effectively navigate cross-cultural communication, ensuring smooth coordination between local operations and the Chinese management team. Must possess a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
