That's where you come in.<br>The Role We're looking for a hands-on Recruitment & HR Specialist to own the full talent lifecycle and run our day-to-day people operations. This is a broad, high-ownership role for someone who loves both the hunt of great recruiting and the structure of building a healthy, well-run workplace. You'll be our first point of contact for candidates and employees alike - sourcing and closing top talent one moment, shaping HR policy and running company events the next. The majority of your hiring pipeline will be sales roles, alongside technical and executive/leadership hires, so you'll need to speak the language of all three. If you're a builder who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-market environment and wants to leave a real fingerprint on a growing company, read on.<br>What You'll DoTalent Acquisition (primary focus) Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting first-round interviews, offer generation, and closing. Build and maintain strong pipelines for sales roles (the majority of hiring), as well as technical and executive positions. Proactively source passive candidates through Linked In Recruiter, referrals, networks, and creative channels - not just inbound applications. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on candidate quality, and keep processes moving. Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring every applicant leaves with a positive impression of Trivto. Track and report on funnel metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-acceptance rates) and continuously improve the process.<br>HR & People Operations Draft, implement, and enforce HR policies in line with UAE labor law and company standards. Manage attendance, leave, and sick-day tracking and approvals. Run structured onboarding so new hires ramp quickly and feel welcome from day one. Own employee records, contracts, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Plan and coordinate office logistics, company events, and team-building initiatives. Serve as the go-to point of contact for employee questions, and help foster a positive, high-performance culture.<br>What You Bring3+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record hiring sales roles at volume. Demonstrable experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, Dev Ops, product) and executive / leadership roles. Strong sourcing skills, including confident use of Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Solid grounding in HR operations: policy, attendance/leave management, onboarding, and employee relations. Working knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance (or ability to get up to speed quickly). Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus. Highly organized, discreet with confidential information, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.<br>Nice to Have Experience in a startup, scale-up, or Saa S/tech company. Familiarity with ATS platforms and HRIS tools. Experience recruiting across multiple markets or geographies. Forecast purchase requirements by analyzing sales data, stock movement, historical demand, and upcoming sales requirements.
Prepare purchase orders based on shipment size, budget, stock requirement, and container planning, including LCL, 20HQ, 40HQ, and 40FT shipments.
Ensure product availability at all times and avoid out-of-stock situations through proper stock planning and reorder monitoring.
Regularly compare physical stock with system stock and coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock mismatches.
Maintain a healthy stock turnover ratio by avoiding overstocking, dead stock, and slow-moving inventory buildup.
Coordinate daily with local and international vendors for pricing, availability, order status, production timelines, and dispatch schedules.
Verify supplier quotations, prices, quantities, product codes, and order confirmations before finalizing purchase orders.
Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners for import shipments.
Track shipment movement from supplier dispatch until warehouse receipt.
Follow up for shipping documents including invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, and other required import documents.
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, sales, and management for smooth purchase and import operations.
Prepare regular reports on stock availability, pending orders, incoming shipments, slow-moving stock, and supplier performance.
Maintain proper records of purchase orders, vendor communication, shipment documents, and pricing updates.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory planning, procurement, or import logistics.
UAE experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, purchase planning, import shipments, and vendor coordination.
Good understanding of container planning, shipment sizes, LCL, 20HQ, and 40HQ shipments.
Strong Excel skills are mandatory.
ERP/Odoo experience will be an advantage.
Ability to analyze sales data and convert it into purchase planning.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in trading, industrial products, hydraulic hoses, fittings, spare parts, building materials, or similar inventory-heavy business will be preferred.
Candidates with strong analytical skills and practical warehouse coordination experience will be given priority.
