Job Title: Project Engineer – High-Rise Construction Location: UAEIndustry: Construction / Real Estate / High-Rise Buildings<br>Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with strong expertise in high-rise building construction in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project execution, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and client specifications.<br>Key Roles & Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution Coordinate day-to-day project activities from mobilization to project handover. Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress. Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. Site & Construction Management Supervise structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works on site. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved method statements and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during construction. Authority Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, ADDC, Trakhees, DDA, and other relevant authorities for inspections and approvals. Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, project specifications, and contractual requirements. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Auto CAD, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
