Job Description<br><br>Synopsis<br><br>The Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology projects from the planning and requirements phase to project delivery and closure while ensuring the project delivers significant business value. This role will be responsible for resolving impediments, delivering the project streams and maintaining all documentation such as but not limited to project plan, requitement document, RAID and RACI. Time, budget and quality are key performance indicators of delivery. The projects could be delivered using a both a modern waterfall & agile methodology. This role may include sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives for certain projects or project streams.<br><br>The Delivery Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including the business and will act as liaison between all teams by preparing and attending project status meetings and steering committees. The Delivery Manager is expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability and delivery excellence across all project streams. <li>Assist HSE Management in conducting Emergency mock drills like Evacuation Mock Drill, Fire mock drill and Chemical spillage drill etc., on the site. Authorities are well informed in advance of the mock drills to be conducted. Ensure staff are aware how to respond in case of emergency.</li>

<p>Site control </p><br>

<li>Site control is the main responsibility of the HSE Officer, who should conduct regular site tours and correct/rectify any unsafe acts and conditions which are noticed at the workplace. </li>

<p>Training </p><br>

<li>HSE Officer should conduct induction and internal trainings as work related trainings keep staff safe. </li>
</ul>
<p>Spreading knowledge </p><br>

<li>HSE Officer is responsible for spreading knowledge about the incidents and accidents to the staff fo that the staff have the knowledge about the incident and try to avoid a reoccurrence.</li>

<p>Meeting Participation </p><br>

<li>HSE Officer should attend the meetings of progress related and planning as well so that he can raise concerns about safety. Daily or weekly meetings are also to be attended because he knows what kind of activities are coming into action.</li>

<p>Incident Investigation</p><br>

<li>All the incidents should be investigated adequately so that we can avoid reoccurrence and make ourself prepared for legal and audit purposes. HSE officer to ensure all incident and accidents or near miss are reported and recorded. </li>

<p>Facility inspection</p><br>

<li>HSE officers’ responsibility to carry out frequent work place inspections. HSE Office to identify hazards and eliminate the hazards.</li>
<li>Facility inspection to be conducted daily. </li>
<li>Carries out regular safety and security inspection of systems and equipment, including first aid boxes, electricity systems, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants to ensure that they are serviced/replenished in a timely manner.</li>

<li>HSE officer to ensure safety of subcontractors when working at SCH facilities.</li>

<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Enter Marriott Rewards information. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing. Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists. Complete cashier and closing reports. Supply guests with directions and property information. Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges. Balance and drop receipts. Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift. Obtain manual authorizations and follow all Accounting procedures. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.<br>Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns. Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Ensure adherence to quality standards. Enter and locate information using computers/POS systems. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. <li><span>Manage food quality and consistency by overseeing preparation, recipe compliance, and regular tasting of all dishes.</span></li>

<li><span>Control production and costs by adjusting output based on forecasts and ensuring effective food cost planning and monitoring.</span></li>

<li><span>Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety through regular coordination with the Hygiene Manager and monitoring kitchen cleanliness.</span></li>
<li><span>Oversee quality of ingredients by working closely with Purchasing and participating in supplier selection and goods inspection.</span></li>
<li><span>Lead menu development and innovation by planning new menus, proposing items, and encouraging team creativity.</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor guest satisfaction by reviewing feedback daily and engaging directly with guests to understand their expectations.</span></li>
<li><span>Train and develop team members by conducting training sessions on new menus and maintaining high culinary standards.</span></li>
<li><span>Collaborate with leadership including the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to align on objectives and strategy.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure operational excellence by setting service standards, monitoring performance, and participating in kitchen operations and restaurant setup.</span></li>
<li><span>Work closely with the Marketing Team on promotions & campaigns.</span></li>

<li><span>Minimum of 2 years as Executive Chef or a similar position, with a proven track record of success in luxury hotel/s or fine dining sector.</span></li>
<li><span>Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong knowledge of food quality standards, cost control, and kitchen operations.</span></li>
<li><span>Certified in food safety/hygiene (HACCP preferred).</span></li>
<li><span>Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate teams.</span></li>
