<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The main purpose of the role is to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Centre’s Head of Client Relations (“Client Relations Manager”), including coordinating and overseeing all back-office services and administration of the Centre. The role also requires extensive liaison between the Centre and: its external clients and stakeholders (principally members of the legal profession); the ADGM Courts team; and internal ADGM stakeholders (including ADGM’s Technology Services Division, Marketing & Corporate Communications (“MarComms”), Procurement and General Services). The role will also support the company’s wider digital marketing activities, including SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Meta advertising, as well as providing technical support for social media and other digital platforms.<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage, maintain and improve the company’s Word Press websites and web applications. Develop and customise Word Press websites using PHP, ACF, Elementor, HTML, CSS and Java Script. Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, technical issues and compatibility problems. Manage website hosting environments, servers, domains, DNS and related web infrastructure. Manage website migrations, backups, staging environments and deployments. Monitor and optimise website speed, Core Web Vitals and overall performance. Maintain website security, backups, SSL certificates, access controls and software updates. Manage and troubleshoot third-party APIs, plugins and software integrations. Implement and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console. Configure and troubleshoot website conversion tracking, events and attribution. Implement and manage Meta Pixel and related tracking integrations, including Conversion API where required. Support Meta Ads through landing-page development, tracking implementation, campaign setup and technical troubleshooting. Support the company’s social media and other digital platforms where required. Manage technical and on-page SEO activities, including website structure, indexing, redirects, metadata, schema, sitemap and Search Console issues. Monitor website health, uptime, errors and performance and proactively resolve issues. Work with internal teams and external agencies/vendors on web, digital and technology-related projects. Research, evaluate and implement new digital tools, platforms and technologies where beneficial to the business. Take ownership of technical issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.<br>Must-Have Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience with Word Press. Strong working knowledge of PHP. Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). Strong experience with Elementor / Elementor Pro. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Java Script. Experience managing and troubleshooting Word Press themes and plugins. Working knowledge of MySQL and Word Press databases. Experience with website hosting, server environments, domains and DNS. Experience with website security, backups and performance optimisation. Experience with APIs and third-party software integrations. Good understanding of technical and on-page SEO. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM). Experience with Google Search Console. Understanding of website conversion tracking, events and attribution. Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues. Strong communication skills and fluency in English. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
