The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in client handling and capable of managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors and clients. Generate new leads and identify potential buyers and investors. Promote and sell Dubai residential and investment properties. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Manage regular client and broker follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate with clients and successfully close property deals. Develop new business through networking, referrals and direct outreach. Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers. Guide clients on Dubai property investment opportunities. Maintain client information and activities in CRM. Stay updated on Dubai property projects, launches, pricing and market trends.</p><p><br></p><p>Candidate Requirements</p><p><br></p><p>2+ years of Dubai/UAE real estate sales experience. Experience as a Relationship Manager, Property Consultant, Property Advisor or Real Estate Sales professional. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong broker/channel partner network in Dubai. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Strong client relationship and business development skills. Ability to independently manage leads and close deals. Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Experience with a reputed Dubai property developer or real estate company. </p><p>Existing network of Dubai brokers, investors and buyers. </p><p>Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. </p><p>Arabic & English proficiency preferred; French would be an advantage. </p><p>Highly motivated, persuasive and commercially driven.</p>

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and experience managing cross-functional teams.
