Responsibilities Fund Transaction Lifecycle Management Manage the operational lifecycle of fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers across investment funds on the platform Coordinate order processing and settlement with relevant operational counterparties and service providers Monitor transaction confirmations, settlement timelines, and operational status across fund activity Maintain accurate operational records for all transaction activity across the platform Client Onboarding and Operational Workflows Support the operational client onboarding process from completion of KYC through account activation and first investment Coordinate with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure operational readiness of client accounts Review subscription documentation and ensure operational completeness prior to transaction processing Identify operational bottlenecks and support improvements to onboarding workflows Fund Data and Platform Maintenance Maintain accurate and up to date fund data across the platform including pricing information, operational documentation, and subscription parameters Monitor updates from asset managers and ensure relevant information is reflected in platform systems and operational records Coordinate with operational service providers to maintain correct parameters for fund transactions Reconciliation and Operational Controls Perform regular reconciliation of transactions, balances, and fund positions across operational systems Monitor NAV releases and verify pricing updates across investment funds Investigate and resolve operational breaks, discrepancies, and settlement exceptions Escalate operational issues to the VP Platform Operations when required Operational Reporting and Governance Support Prepare operational reporting covering transaction activity, reconciliation results, and operational metrics Support internal governance processes through operational documentation and reporting Assist with operational readiness for internal reviews and regulatory oversight where required Skills & Competencies Strong operational discipline and attention to detail Ability to manage transaction timelines and settlement processes accurately Clear communication with internal teams and institutional counterparties Ability to operate independently in a fast paced and evolving environment Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach to operational issues Experience Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in fund operations, asset management operations, or wealth platform operations Hands on experience managing fund transaction processing including subscriptions and redemptions Strong understanding of fund settlement workflows, reconciliation processes, and operational controls Experience working with custodians, fund administrators, or transfer agents Familiarity with regulated investment vehicles such as mutual funds, UCITS, ETFs, or similar structures Experience working with institutional fund transaction infrastructure or distribution frameworks is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows and resolve transaction exceptions in a regulated environment Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE Perks Each of our offices has its special perks; be it ‘no ties’, free lunches, charity events, or a hybrid work policy – but whenever you walk into an Equiti office, you’re sure to see a friendly face.
