<p>Project description
The Murex FO support analyst will be required to be part of GM IT FO Squad responsible to provide IT services to Global Markets team. The squad is responsible for support, change request and projects pertaining to Global Markets. Key responsibilities of the role include providing level 1 / level 2 trading floor support to traders and control groups.
Responsibilities
Support traders, middle office users on daily issues including PL / position mismatches / market data, mkt operations, etc.
Configure curves (rate, rate hedge, credit) and static data including securities, generators, indices, currencies, vol surface, portfolios, user groups, access rights etc., in Murex.
Write new pre trade rules, create / amend lookup tables / simulation views / e-tradepad strategies / Live Book views.
Work on Patch upgrades / version upgrades testing to reconcile any PL / Greeks issue & avoid any regressions.
Reporting on progress on issues / showstoppers to manager and other stakeholders
Assist in developing business and operational processes and to participate in developing system training artefacts when required
Skills
Must have
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as Murex Front office support
Extensive experience in setting up and validating Interest rate curves including for ARRs.
Expertise in multiple asset classes (at least 2 of the following) such as IR vanilla and exotic derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Structured Products Credit Derivatives, FIMM (Fixed Income, / Money Market). One of the two must be Exotics
Expertise in terms of pricing, valuation, risk management and sensitivities including for exotic products.
Strong exposure to FO Modules of Murex
E-Tradepad, Simulation, Livebook, RTPM, Pre-Trade Workflow, Market Data, Dynamic Tables, P&L Notepad, FDI Templates, Blotters, Risk Matrices etc.
Experience in implementation and supporting Murex v3.1 with regards to front office capabilities
Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes, front to back.
Experience on implementation of both linear and non-linear products in Murex
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with excellent communication
Nice to have
The candidate should possess either a postgraduate degree or qualification in Information Systems / Engineering / Business Administration.
The candidate should carry a minimum relevant work experience in a Bank or I.T. Company for a minimum of 5-7 years.
Strong record of stakeholder management and leadership skills
Strong understanding of the financial markets, trading, and banking solutions
Strong knowledge of the Global Markets products and practices, front-to-end: pricing, limit checks, booking, risk management, accounting generation, settlements, and confirmation generation
Candidate must be technically astute and have had relevant exposure and experience with bank systems and processes.

Material & Resource Management

Inspection, Handover & Closeout

You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.</p><br><p>The Design Manager will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary design projects within WSP’s Property & Buildings sector, spanning commercial, mixed-use, and high-performance environments. </p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Lead and oversee the delivery of multiple multidisciplinary design projects and programmes across the Property & Buildings sector, ensuring technical excellence, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Act as a senior client advisor and strategic relationship manager, building long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for repeat business and account growth.</li><li>Provide leadership and governance to Design Managers and project teams, ensuring consistency in project delivery, quality standards, risk management, and resource utilisation.</li><li>Establish and promote best practice design management processes aligned with WSP's Business Management System, Future Ready, Sustainability, and Digital Delivery objectives.</li><li>Drive innovation and the adoption of advanced digital delivery methodologies including BIM, Common Data Environments, Digital Twin technologies, and data-led design approaches.</li><li>Lead project reviews, design assurance processes, and technical governance activities across a portfolio of projects.</li><li>Support business planning and growth initiatives, including strategic pursuits, major bid leadership, client presentations, and market development activities.</li><li>Collaborate with Business Unit leadership on workforce planning, capability development, succession planning, and team growth strategies.</li><li>Manage commercial performance across assigned projects, including forecasting, utilisation, profitability, change management, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Represent WSP in industry forums, professional organisations, and key stakeholder engagements, enhancing the company's market profile and technical reputation.</li><li>Mentor and develop Design Managers, Project Managers, and technical leaders, fostering a high-performing and collaborative delivery culture.</li></ul><br><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).</li><li>15+ years' experience within the Property & Buildings sector, including leadership responsibility for multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex building projects and programmes across multiple sectors.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing client relationships at senior and executive levels.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen, including project financial management, resource planning, and business performance oversight.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of regional authority requirements and international design standards.</li><li>Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across architecture, structures, MEP, ICT, fire and life safety disciplines.</li><li>Advanced understanding of BIM, Digital Delivery, Information Management, and emerging design technologies.</li><li>Proven contribution to business development, strategic pursuits, and successful major bids.</li><li>Chartered Engineer, Registered Architect, PMP, or equivalent professional accreditation would be advantageous.</li><li>Previous experience within a leading international engineering consultancy is highly desirable.</li></ul><p><strong>Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.</strong><br><br>Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
