Contribute to the enterprise architecture repository.</li><li>Guide, mentor, and motivate the development team members in adopting good engineering practices, tools, and techniques throughout the development process. In addition, advise and support team members in overcoming technical challenges by providing expert consultancy and coaching.</li><li>Conduct architecture reviews of vendor products as part of the selection process and other critical production applications with Software Engineering development teams. Provide architecture recommendations for the short and long-term improvement of applications.</li><li>Develop logical infrastructure solutions in alignment with the technology standards. Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure that the physical infrastructure designed meets project requirements. Work together, oversee, and govern the development to ensure the development team's design and implementation align with the proposed architecture definition. Work closely with the quality engineering team to ensure that the final solution meets the agreed non-functional requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Manager Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment of information, application, and technology architecture to the overall architecture principles, framework, and guidelines.</li><li>Own, manage, and maintain the architecture roadmap and runways of small to medium-sized initiatives, products, environments, and/or platforms. <strong>Job Overview</strong><br>The Capillary Supervisor is the on-site leader responsible for the safe, efficient, and technically correct execution of all capillary string installation, retrieval, and chemical injection operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the client and is accountable for the performance and safety of the full crew.
